I do. It know where to begin. First chef Dameon was early, that’s always a good sign because it shows he’s about business and not wasting anyone time. Second. He was such a courteous young man. As he prepped we’re spoke and had conversation as if we known each other for years. Such a great person! This was for my dads 70th birthday and I’m so happy I found chef Dameon. He set up the tables and announced when the first course was ready and we were not,as the first dish was a waking burst of flavors in our mouths. My goodness crab cake was delish. The salad was amazing and then to the main dish Chateaubriand was like butter. You didn’t even need a knife to cut it. The meal was a delish and the presentation was
Impeccable. He took that to a higher dosage with the presentation for dessert. Wow!
All I must say is if … no.. WHEN you book with spice house are in for a treat! Such a great time, what a treat!

Chef Dameon Brown was absolutely amazing. He provided an exquisite and delicious meal. My guest and I were very impressed. I would definitely recommend Chef Dameon to host any of my events his professionalism and decor is impeccable.
Chef Dameon and his team prepared a dinner for 30 at a home in Reunion. It was a very important event for my company and from the get go, he understood there was much riding upon this dinner. From our initial interactions via email and our pre-dinner calls, I knew he was the right chef for this event. We had six passed h’ors d’oeuvres (shrimp skewers, amazing!) as well as a beautiful cheese plate we added at the last minute. Our servers, Dan, Heather and Carlos were attentive to all our guests and responsive when we ran short, finding solutions on the go and generally making our guests feel welcome and cared for.
We added two guests at the last minute, but Dameon was seemingly prepared for everything. He went out of his way to accommodate a vegetarian meal at the last minute and his vegetables and potatoes were OUT OF THIS WORLD. The lemon butter sauce that accompanied the fish entree was amazing and the filets were cooked to perfection.
Dameon and his team left the kitchen cleaner than they found it (even mopping the floor). I would hire them all in an instant.
On a personal note, when I might have freaked out a little about extra guests and whatnot, it was his calm nature and cheerful presence that made it all okay. He’s aces in my book.
